Presentation :

The knowledge acquired at the fundamental level within the two teams of the unit will find their development towards clinical uses through an adaptation of the processes described for the production of cells or cell subpopulations, educated or not, in accordance with regulatory requirements. This allows the implementation of innovative clinical trials using the processes developed. These cells thus produced will be tested in animal models for their biodistribution and their actions, in particular through the ENVT component of the team.


Scientific objective:

Developments of new processes to obtain MSC (Bone marrow and adipose tissue), amplified or not, in order to set up innovative clinical trials.


Expected health benefits:

Processes for the production of MSC (Bone Marrow and adipose tissue) in accordance with good manufacturing practices (GMP) for the implementation of clinical trials and the development of advance therapeutic medicinal product (ATMP).
