Analyse of transcriptome

In order to analyse the gene expression differences between physiological and pathological states, we use different approaches :

via qPCR (96 wells)

via pangenomic array hybridation (Affymetrix)

Gene expression may be also addressed via other technologies on the platform GeT Genotoul.
